Product Overview
Grade 1 titanium wire is a commercially pure titanium wire known for excellent corrosion resistance, high ductility, and good formability. It is widely used for wire forming, mesh, weaving, filtration, chemical processing hardware, and applications where maximum toughness and ease of fabrication are preferred over high strength.

Notes and Precautions
- Grade 1 is selected for formability and corrosion resistance; do not use as a replacement for high-strength alloys without design verification.
- Keep wire clean and dry during storage to avoid surface contamination that can affect forming or joining.
- For welding, use appropriate titanium-grade filler selection and inert gas shielding per your WPS.
